Discussion includes methods for identifying property coverage improvements and property coverage gaps created by today’s operating environment. Agents will examine tools to use for identifying Equipment Breakdown Insurance (Boiler and Machinery), Time Element, and Commercial Coverage gaps and methods for improving coverage.

Agents will take an in-depth look at Product Liability Coverage Issues. They will discuss coverage under a Commercial General Liability Coverage Form and Stand-Alone. They will learn about coverage from triggers and the products-completed operations hazard.
Financial Death by Business Auto
This session will explore the liability exposures and coverage solutions for businesses that do not own automobiles. Attention will be given towards specific BAP endorsements that affect Who Is an Insured, Garagekeepers coverage, and leased autos.
Contractual Risk Transfer and the CGL

In this session, examine the best way to assist your clients in negotiating contracts to best transfer risk where appropriate. Discuss various categories of indemnity agreements and the use of Hold Harmless provisions. Identify potential problems when working on specifications calling for contractual liability insurance and how to avoid potential problems when arranging both contractual liability and additional insured status.
