Pam Thompson is the Chief Operations Officer at Turbeville Insurance Agency. A full-service independent agency with five branch locations and over sixty employees throughout the state of SC. Pam is an insurance professional with over 25 years in the industry. She currently oversees the day to day agency operations, including associate performance, professional development, revenue streams, department management and long-term planning and goal management. Having worked on both the agency and company side, Pam has a solid understanding of the insurance industry. Her roles and positions have ranged from a High Net Worth sales agent, department head, marketing representative, agency officer and owner. Her philosophy is to provide the best value for clients throughout which starts with her own professional development. Pam earned her CIC designation in 2014 and has been awarded the Agent Award of Excellence five times. She is currently working toward a second designation of Certified Personal Risk Manager. She encourages a consistent learning path for herself and staff members to best serve the needs of each client and the drive to be active engaged members of the community.
