The ISO Business Auto Coverage Form is a vital tool in managing risk for our clients. The form makes a promise to “insureds” to protect them for their legal responsibility because of “bodily injury”, “property damage” and “covered pollution cost or expense” caused by an “accident” and resulting from the ownership, maintenance or use of a COVERED “auto”. Which “autos” are covered “autos” is determined by the use of Symbols. This presentation will undertake the review of these Symbols in pursuit of properly applying them to best serve our clients.
