Business Auto Policy & Endorsements
Participants will review the Business Auto Policy and examine several of the important contract provisions, including definitions, symbols, liability, and physical damage coverage. They will also discuss Uninsured Motorist, Medical Payments, and Personal Injury Protection.
Workers Compensation & Employers Liability Problems and Solutions
Participants will explore the important legal concepts that establish the workers compensation system and the related employer exposures. First, they will review the fundamentals of Workers Compensation. Next, they will review each part of a Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Policy. They will discuss the importance of Items 3A, 3B, and 3C on the Information Page and identify the problems encountered by the insured, insurance company, and agent. They will examine the policy and important endorsements that may be used as possible solutions to the problems. The session will conclude with a discussion on leasing.
