Employment Related Practices, Exposures & Coverages
Participants will examine and be able to explain the issues related to Employment Practices Liability. They will learn the basic exposures their clients face and review the exclusions contained in most liability coverage forms. They will analyze the coverages found in many Employment Related Practices Policies designed specifically to protect against these causes of action against an insured.
Flood Insurance for Personal Lines
Participants will learn the reasons why flood insurance should be recommended to their personal lines clients. They will examine coverage provided by the NFIP and the Dwelling Form Standard Flood Insurance Policy, including the policy provisions and conditions unique to the flood policy. They will compare coverage provided by the flood policy and the Homeowners Policy.
Analyzing Cyber Liability
Participants will gain an understanding of the need for Cyber Liability coverage and the issues of this market segment. They will examine third-party and first-party exposures and how best to provide coverage.
