This 1-hour course will provide agents with an overview of basic principles of indemnification coverage provided by the Commercial General Liability policy and how that coverage applies to different types of contractual transfers of liability. The course will also outline how additional insured status is provided via endorsements to those not automatically protected by the CGL.
