Participants will review the major types of Life, Health, and Disability Income Insurance. They will discuss several of the important contract provisions, endorsements, and riders, including the Incontestability Clause, Beneficiary Considerations, and Reinstatement. They will examine how to apply these products to their clients’ business needs.
As Though We Don't Have Enough to Worry About: Emerging Insurance Issues
Participants will discuss emerging issues that could have a major impact on their insureds and the insurance industry. They will gain a better understanding of emerging risk exposures for drones, vehicle sharing, home sharing, “where you reside” issue, host liquor liability and even autonomous and flying cars. They will discuss the exposures, coverage issues, gaps with traditional insurance policies, and possible insurance solutions to these unique risks.
