OVERVIEW AND TOPICS
Ethics - The Insurance Agent as a Professional
In this 1-hour webinar, we will define negligence and professionalism and learn the circumstances that trigger a “special relationship”. We will also cover why insurance agents are found liable, why there is an increase in lawsuits against insurance agents, where agents have been found liable to the insured, and where agents have been found legally responsible to the insurer. This webinar is one part of our three-part ethics series. This series can be taken in any order with credit earned for each part completed.
