Understanding Workers Compensation
This course will explore how workers compensation became an integral part of the insurance fabric of the United States. We’ll discuss the compromise it represented originally and how that agreement plays out still today. We’ll also review “how” it works for individuals that are injured on the job and how it protects employers from uncertainty. We’ll also take some time to discuss interesting claim scenarios and how the workers compensation in your state may respond.
