Topics will include valuation, debris removal, ordinance or law, and vacancy as they pertain to the Building and Personal Property Coverage Form, as well as the Legal Liability and Leasehold Interest Coverage Forms.

They will review exposures from catastrophic events and the loss issues that result. They will examine identity theft exposure and how the Homeowners Policy can be endorsed to provide protection.
