Participants will gain an understanding of the need for Cyber Liability coverage and the issues of this market segment. They will discuss the types of cyber coverage available – content liability, privacy liability, security breach liability, and security breach expense. They will examine third-party and first-party exposures and how best to provide coverage. They will review common characteristics of cyber liability insurance policies.
This two-hour topic will provide participants with an overview of the latest ISO Commercial Crime Coverage Form. They will review and understand several of the Insuring Agreements, including Employee Theft and Inside/Outside the Premises Coverages.
Participants will learn the ethical behavior and standards in dealing with the day-to-day realities of the complex, ethical issues of the insurance industry. They will discuss reasons for unethical actions and examine the guidelines for ethical decision-making. Using real-life scenarios, agents will be able to identify what constitutes an ethical dilemma and recommend an approach to choosing a valid ethical solution.
