OVERVIEW AND TOPICS
The Exposures of E-Business and Insurance Solutions
Participants will identify the unique exposures created by e-commerce and understand how to properly address them with the use of various insurance products. They will learn the D&O and Crime exposures created by "Cyber Crime" and why "Traditional Insurance" does not work for e-business exposures.
D&O Insurance: A Dozen Dangerous Details
Participants will learn some of the common nuances of Directors and Officers Insurance coverage. They will review and better understand the various E&O exposures which confront the “average retail agent” in trying to handle the complexities of D&O Insurance.
General Liability 2019: The Good - The Bad - The Ugly
Participants will learn about significant coverage changes in the latest multistate revision of the ISO Commercial General Liability Coverage Form and discuss how these changes impact their insureds. Changes include new and revised endorsements related to additional insureds, exclusions, specific risks, policy conditions, and coverage form definitions.
Underlying Versus Excess: A Closer Look At Policy Provisions
Agents will compare and contrast the ISO Commercial General Liability (CGL) Policy with Excess or Umbrella policies that might sit over the top. Understanding the similarities and differences between the language within each form will enable agents to recognize where gaps may be created and have a more in-depth understanding of why those gaps exist.
