Chuck Hembree | Bio


Chuck Hembree is the NFP Practice Team Leader for Oberle Risk Strategies in St. Louis, Missouri. He divides his time between sales, agency management, risk management, and insurance technical instruction. After joining the Industry in 1982, he became President of CLH Insurance in 1995 and CEO of the firm in 2000. In 2019 CLH merged with Oberle Risk Strategies. A 1987 recipient of the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and a Life-Member of the Certified Professional Insurance Agents, he has maintained a commitment to insurance education. He has served as President of the MAIA State Insurance Association, the chairman of Education for the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents, formerly served on the National Catastrophe Task Force Committee, and as an advisor for the State for their licensing requirement for agents and brokers. Chuck obtained the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in 2012. He serves as a CISR faculty member for The National Alliance having taught courses in many states throughout the country. Chuck is also a past member of the CISR National Board of Governors in Austin, Texas.
