They will analyze various contracts and be able to explain the hold harmless agreement, waiver of subrogation, property requirements, subcontractor relationship to general contractor, certificates of insurance, and warranties.
Property Exposures and Coverages for Contractors
Contractors have some unique property exposures. This course will walk participants through some important coverage considerations, including Builders Risk, Installation Floaters, and Contractors Equipment Floaters.
