OVERVIEW AND TOPICS
The CMIP Exam is an open-book format, with 20 multiple choice questions and an hour to complete the exam. A link to the exam will be sent immediately following the Seminar with a 10-business day window to complete the exam.
Marine General Liability
Agents will learn the difference between Commercial Marine Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Marine General Liability and better understand the importance of Marine General Liability insurance. They will discuss the exclusions and/or limitations in Non-Marine CGL Forms including Watercraft Exclusion, CCC Exclusions, Your Product and Your Work Exclusions, Stop Gap Insurance, and Action Over in GL/MGL/Contractual Liability and M.E.L. Further discussion includes Where Does the U.S. Coverage Follow, and CGL International Coverage.
