Bill Reedy | Bio


Bill Reedy is President of Performance Partners, an insurance and professional skill training and consulting company located in Seville, Ohio. Bill's special interests lie in Commercial Property/Casualty and Agency-Company relations. He is a graduate of the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. Bill has conducted agency training sessions since 1994. Bill is a CIC National Faculty member and has been teaching for The National Alliance since 2015 having earned his CIC designation in 1993. Bill has instructed in several states over a wide range of insurance topics. Prior to this, Bill was a Personal and Commercial Lines Underwriter and Marketing Manager for Westfield Group, Westfield Center, OH. Bill also served as Manager of Commercial Lines Training Delivery and was responsible to the Commercial Lines Graduate Development Program. Previously, Bill managed the TAPP program for new producer training at Westfield Insurance. He has also served on the Commercial Lines P&C Licensing Review committee for the Ohio Department of Insurance. More recently, Bill has served as an instructor with the Insurance Company Operations faculty team for the National Alliance. Bill is an advocate for continuous learning and The National Alliance programs. His company and industry experience along with his presentation ability combine to add value and enhance the knowledge, and performance of fellow insurance professionals.

John Neal | Bio


John Neal has over 20 years’ experience in both personal and commercial lines insurance company operations with specific emphasis in the areas of risk management, risk analysis and risk financing. Within the Personal Lines market, John supported Farmers Insurance expansion into seven new Eastern states. Within Liberty Mutual’s Commercial Market Lines, John was Manager of Analysis for Risk Management Solutions where he managed a team of twelve Risk Management Consultants responsible for supporting Liberty Mutual's Commercial Market Distribution and Service Management Department. John provided analytical support for consulting projects, risk financing design and structuring, finite (financial) insurance products, cost allocation projects, loss analysis, captive support, and industry benchmarking. Currently, John is the Risk and Operations Manager at Cleanetics, a design-build clean room specialist serving an array of industries. John has also held positions as a Senior Risk Financing Analyst and Risk Management Consultant. Prior to entering the insurance and risk management field, John worked ten years in the pollution control and medical device industries as a chemical and manufacturing engineer, accountant, and financial manager. John's academic background includes a BS from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He earned his CRM designation in 2005 and has been a CRM National Faculty member for The National Alliance since 2005. Currently, John supports faculty development for both CIC and CRM curriculums and also serves as an educational consultant.

Michael Kersgard | Bio


Michael Kersgard is an independent P&C and L&H licensed agent in Texas. He most recently served as the Life and Health Academic Director for The National Alliance for more than 6 years, 2008 to 2014. In addition to being an independent agent, Michael continues to be a National Faculty Member, CISR instructor and Educational Consultant for The National Alliance. During his forty plus years working in the industry, his experience includes Life, Health, and Property & Casualty products in personal lines, commercial lines, and farm/agribusiness. Michael has been involved in a variety of functions including agent, marketing, sales management, and agent training. Through the years he has conducted new agent training schools, continuing education seminars, and license training schools.
